Trading in any investment opportunity that can generate profits requires Apollon Fund customers to deposit money into their account online. Profit can be withdrawn from the online account.

Deposits and withdrawals are governed by this WD policy and generally applicable conditions.

You, the Client, must carry out all deposits from the source (for example, one bank account). If you want to start trading, you must make sure that this account is in your country of residence and your name. In order to confirm that the SWIFT confirmation is genuine, it must be sent to the ApollonFund in order to confirm the origin of the money that will be used for trading.If you do not comply with this WD policy, then you can prevent the deposition of money through the bank / Wire Transfer. Please wait up to 5 business days for the deposited funds through the bank / Wire Transfer will appear on your trading account. If you have not logged in and traded from your account for six (6) months (“Inactive Accounts”), your Inactive Account will be subject to a deduction of 10% every month (hereinafter “Inactive Payment”).

Exemptions
According to the generally accepted OND rules and regulations, withdrawals should only be made through the same bank account or credit / debit card that you used to deposit funds.

Withdrawals from the account can only be made in the same currency in which the corresponding deposit was made.Withdrawals are subject to withdrawal and payment processing. These fees will be deducted from the transferred withdrawn amount. A catalog is available on ApollonFund.

Without departing from the foregoing, ApollonFund can carry out withdrawals with a different object than the one used for deposit, subject to anti-money laundering rules.

In addition, when it comes to withdrawals, the Client may need to provide additional information and documents.

Withdraw Payments
Exemptions are charged per transaction of the following:

50.00 USD / GBP / EURO for wire transfers; 25.00 USD / GBP / EURO for credit cards plus processing fee 10.00 USD / 7.00 EUR / GBP 5.00; 25.00 USD / GBP / EURO for ePayments. A fee of 10% of the withdrawal amount will be withdrawn with any withdrawal from the account that has not completed more than 10 in tenders and / or accounts that have not been verified.

The minimum withdrawal for the wire is 250.00 USD / GBP / EURO. The minimum withdrawal on any other method is 100.00 USD / GBP / EURO. Please note that these costs exclude transaction fees cash on delivery; for example, if a minimum of $ 250 must be charged with a bank transfer, a transaction fee of $ 50 will be charged.

Rates may vary depending on the processing system and / or ApollonFund cans.
Non-Deposited Funds

Funds appearing on Clients' accounts may include agreed or voluntary bonuses and incentives, or any other amounts not directly contributed by the Client or actually deposited funds received from trading on the account (“Non-deposited funds"). Please note, unless expressly agreed otherwise, Non-deposited funds are not available for withdrawal. In addition, due to technical limitations, Non-Deposited Funds may be credited to the Client’s account in some cases (for example, for the technical purpose of making it possible to close positions or a debt account).

Without departing from the indicated, bonuses given to the Trendex Client can be withdrawn only if the minimum trading volume is 25 times the deposit amount plus the bonus issued (“Minimum trading volume”).

Submit withdrawal request
In order to process your withdrawal request, you must:

Typical Processing Time

The time it takes for the money to reach your credit card or bank account that was used to deposit funds can vary (usually up to five business days). Please note that this may take longer to be withdrawn to bank accounts due to additional security measures in place.

The request will usually be processed by Trendex within 1 hour to 24 hours from receipt. The corresponding bank withdrawal will take up to 5 business days to process. Trendex cannot control and does not bear any responsibility for the Company of the customer’s credit card or internal procedures of the bank. The client must follow up with a credit card or the appropriate bank on their own.

Funds are allocated to your credit account as soon as your credit card has been withdrawn by the merchant from our account. This process can take up to 5 business days or more to reflect on the credit card account balance. If you do not have online access to your credit card, it should appear on the next statement (s) depending on the payment cycle of your card.Please note, it is clear that we do not seek any deadline, and that any additional fees charged by third parties should be deducted from the deposit or withdrawal, as the case may be.

Additional fees: If the receiving bank uses an intermediary bank to send / receive money, you may incur additional fees charged by the intermediary bank. These costs are usually placed to transfer wires to your bank. Trendex is not involved and has no control over these additional taxes. Please check with your financial institution for more information.

Credit / Debit Cards

For credit card deposits, when you select an account in a currency other than USD (US dollar), your credit card will be debited with the appropriate amount of deposited and applicable exchange rates. In addition to the exchanged amount, deposited, additional credit card fees may apply (as a result, in such cases, you may notice discrepancies between the deposit amount and the amount credited to your credit card). Customers must accept these small changes that may occur, and will not attempt to change this back. If you used a credit card to deposit money, are online trading and decide to cash in on your winnings, you must use the same credit card. The withdrawal amount on a credit card is permissible only in an equal amount of money deposited on a credit card or less. Large amounts must be transferred to the wire in a bank account.

Your account may consist of various currencies. This will depend on the following conditions:
